After college I worked 10 years in the Auto industry, holding every job possible except for the Dealer in the front end of a new car dealership. In 1991 I established Northeast Safe-t Solutions, Inc and we specialized in non-slip and textured flooring to prevent slips and falls. The initial period is when we started in the Seamless Epoxy and MMA flooring. In the Mid 90's we changed our Name to Northeast Flooring Solutions and added many other products and services. Our company has since expanded to more than 20 employees, and continues to see yearly growth. We are still recongnized as one of the major players in seamless flooring but we have utilized our equipment and experience to do so much more.
Michael Romano, Executive Vice President
With over 27 years of experience in the flooring industry, I started my career as a part time flooring installer while attending college and quickly advanced to full time flooring installer, servicing Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire for many years. Since then I have worked in all aspects of flooring including residential estimating and sales, commercial sales, retail store manager, wholesale flooring Account Manager, Lead Estimator as well as selling a variety of specialty flooring including Seamless Epoxy. Prior to becoming Executive Vice President I was Vice President/General Manager here at Northeast Flooring, specializing in customer relations and managing jobs to ensure customer satisfaction, from sale to point of completion. I continue to oversee projects as well as sales.

I have worked in the flooring industry for over 20 years. I started as a bookkeeper at a retail store, transitioned into retail sales and then eventually into commercial sales and project management. As a flooring professional with extensive product knowledge and experience, I strive to make each and every project, no matter the size, a success.
Robert Millett, Lead estimator
I started out in the flooring industry 10 years ago as a warehouse manager without any previous flooring experience or knowledge. Since then I have held various positions in the industry such as Scheduler, Project Manager, Outside Sales Rep., Shop at Home Estimator, Property Management Specialist, and now Lead Commercial Estimator at Northeast Flooring. Having a multi-faceted background of positions over the past decade has enabled me to know what it takes to complete a job.
Bob Dahl, Commercial Sales
Proud to have served customers in the flooring industry for twenty years. When I started in this business the only thing I knew about floors is that you walked on them. Since then I have acquired a wealth of product, design, and technical knowledge and try to learn something new daily. I have worked with products from many manufacturers and look forward to putting this experience to use on future projects, from pre-construction to completion.
dAN gOULET, PROJECT MANAGER
Years ago, I took a job as a delivery driver/field laborer in the flooring business and within four years I was running my own projects. I now have over 10 years in the business having serviced the Southern New Hampshire area primarily, as well as surrounding areas and states. I have mastered most flooring applications and possess a high-level of product knowledge which allows me to offer much insight into flooring solutions. Over the years it has been my specialty to develop and maintain customer relationships and satisfaction. Northeast Flooring Solutions has given me the opportunity to utilize my abilities as their Assistant Project Manager to further my experience in the industry. Skills are a must, but integrity will always get the job done right.
